Black Ops 7 Super Easter Egg

Black Ops 7's Super Easter Egg is a cross-map quest for players who have completed every Main Quest on all six round-based maps. Treyarch confirmed it on 8 September 2026 and it goes live with Season 06 on 17 September 2026 (9 AM PT · 5 PM BST). The one confirmed reward is The Warden as a playable Operator. No steps, start location or full reward list have been published — this page keeps what is confirmed apart from what is guessed, and becomes the live hunt log at launch.

Before you start — the six Main Quests

Treyarch's requirement is “completed every Main Quest across all of Black Ops 7's Round-Based Zombies Maps”. That is these six, each with its full walkthrough on this site. Whether a Directed Mode or Cursed completion counts is not stated by Treyarch — the community wiki says all three do. Rex Infernus gains Directed Mode on the same day (round cap 15), so if that holds, the last quest can be finished in Directed on launch day.

Survival maps, Dead Ops Arcade 4 and Rogue Run have no Main Quest and are not round-based maps in Treyarch's sense.

What Treyarch has confirmed

What people are guessing

None of this is confirmed. It is listed so you can tell a rumour from a fact when you meet it elsewhere.

Live hunt log

The hunt opens here at 5 PM BST on 17 September 2026, the moment Season 06 goes live. From then on this section logs what the community finds as it finds it — confirmed steps, leads being tested, and theories ruled out — each with a timestamp, so you can see how old every claim is. Until then there is nothing to log, and we would rather say so than invent a step.

What a Super Easter Egg has meant before

Common Super Easter Egg questions

What is the Black Ops 7 Super Easter Egg?

A cross-map quest for players who have finished every Main Quest across all six Black Ops 7 round-based maps. Treyarch confirmed it on 8 September 2026 with the words “No hints. No spoilers.” It goes live with Season 06 on 17 September 2026.

When does the Super Easter Egg come out?

17 September 2026, at the Season 06 launch — 9 AM PT, 12 PM ET, 5 PM BST, on every platform.

What do you need before you start?

Every Main Quest completed on Ashes of the Damned, Astra Malorum, Paradox Junction, Totenreich, Kowakujō and Rex Infernus. Treyarch's wording is “completed every Main Quest across all of Black Ops 7's Round-Based Zombies Maps” — Survival maps, Dead Ops Arcade 4 and Rogue Run have no Main Quest and are not part of it. Whether Directed Mode or Cursed completions count has not been stated by Treyarch; the community wiki says all three do.

What is the reward?

The Warden — Jack McGregor, the saga's antagonist and the Rex Infernus final boss — as a playable Operator in Black Ops 7 and Warzone, plus “new in-game rewards” Treyarch has not named. Everything beyond the Warden is rumour until launch.

Where does it start?

Nobody knows yet. Treyarch has given no start location. The community reads the image on Treyarch's announcement as the Twins' toybox from Paradox Junction — that is a reading, not a confirmation.

Do Black Ops 6 quests count?

Treyarch's wording is “all of Black Ops 7's Main Quests”. Black Ops 6 quests are not mentioned.

Is the Aeon camo the Super Easter Egg reward?

No. Aeon is the Pack-a-Punch Tier IV camo, unlocked by earning all 31 Pack-a-Punch camos across five maps (Rex Infernus excluded). It is a camo grind, not the Super Easter Egg.

Is this the last Black Ops 7 Zombies content?

Season 06 is Black Ops 7's final major season and runs for around four to five weeks; Modern Warfare 4 follows on 23 October 2026. The Super Easter Egg is the send-off.
