The Call of Duty Zombies Easter Egg reference: every quest, side secret, version difference, prerequisite, solver and failure state — verified, and built to be usable while you play.
These numbers are generated from the site's own content when the site is built — they are not typed in by hand, so they cannot drift from what is actually published. Latest content update: 2026-08-27 23:10.
Zombies Easter eggs are documented across scattered videos, wikis and forum threads, and the details that decide whether a step works — the randomised parts, the version differences, the thing that silently blocks you — are usually the parts that go missing. The Codex exists to put every quest, side Easter egg, buildable and failure state for every map in one place, in a form you can actually follow while playing.
It is free, has no paywall, and carries no gated content.
Every guide is built from multiple independent sources and cross-checked against gameplay, with solo and co-op behaviour documented separately where they differ. Randomised steps are identified as randomised — and where a puzzle can be solved algorithmically, it gets an interactive solver rather than a copied answer that will not match your game.
Unconfirmed information is labelled as unconfirmed, and corrections from readers are reviewed and published. The full method is on the verification methodology page.
58 of 71 documented maps carry a complete main-quest walkthrough. The remainder are survival, arcade and classic maps with no main quest to document — they carry layout, wall-buy, perk and side-content coverage instead.
37 interactive solvers are live. Each appears in two places by design: embedded at the exact walkthrough step where you need it, and listed in the standalone solvers directory.
Guide revisions, new solvers and new coverage are logged on the changelog. Every map page also shows its own review date in the page header.
Reader corrections are genuinely useful and several have changed published guides — including cases where a widely-repeated method turned out to be describing a side effect rather than the actual trigger. Corrections are credited on the changelog.
Each map guide lists the sources it was built from — official patch notes, creator guides, community wikis and megathreads — with what each contributed. Where sources disagree, the guide says so and explains which reading it follows and why, rather than silently picking one.
